    • Cancel within 14 days = no refund, but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
    • If I have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or can move to another date.

  Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Helen Bradbury Artist. Thank you for visiting my website. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the site, buying original artworks, and booking painting workshops. They are here to make sure everything is clear, fair, and safe for everyone. Please take a few moments to read them. By using this website, purchasing an artwork, or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms.

  1. General
  • This website is owned and operated by Helen Bradbury Artist.
  • All content, including text, images, and artworks, is the property of Helen Bradbury unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without prior written permission.
  1. Sale of Paintings
  • Each painting is a unique, original work of art. Once sold, it will not be reproduced.
  • Colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to differences in display settings.
  • Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and may change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before an artwork is dispatched.
  • Delivery costs, timescales, and methods will be displayed at checkout.
  • Ownership of the artwork passes to you once full payment has been received.
  • Risk of damage during delivery lies with the courier; however, every effort will be made to package works securely.
  1. Returns and Refunds – Artworks
  • Please choose carefully, as original artworks are sold as final sale.
  • If a painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
  • Refunds or replacements (if possible) will be arranged at my discretion.

  1. Workshops and Bookings
  • Workshops are offered subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  • Full payment is required to secure your place unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations by participants:
    • If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, a full refund will be given.
    • If you cancel within 14 days, no refund will be issued, but you may transfer your booking to another person (please notify me in advance).
  • Cancellations by Helen:
    • In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop; you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
  • All materials will be provided unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
  1. Liability
  • Participation in workshops is at your own risk.
  • I am not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during a workshop or in connection with artwork deliveries.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
  1. Privacy
  • Your personal information will only be used for processing orders, workshop bookings, and communications you agree to receive.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland/UK law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • I may update these Terms from time to time. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
