When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged in transit or if it is significantly not as described on the website.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you need to report an issue. Photographs of the damage or problem will be required so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
Process for Returns

Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or artwork, or details of how the item differs from the description.

Once the return has been agreed, you will be given instructions for sending the artwork back.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the artwork using a tracked and insured courier service. This ensures the artwork is protected during its return journey.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the artwork was sent in error.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned artwork has been received in its original condition.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If the artwork was damaged in transit and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund including the original shipping charge will be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Change of mind: As each piece is a unique, original work of art, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Custom or commissioned artwork: These pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of damage during delivery.
Replacements
Where possible, if an item arrives damaged and cannot be repaired, Helen may offer a replacement of similar value or style — though due to the nature of original artwork, exact replacements are not possible.
